About SPS
Built by practitioners who have sat on both sides of the table.
Sahan Project Solutions was founded in Galkayo by professionals who have implemented donor programmes, audited them, and trained the people who run them — a rare vantage point that shapes how we advise clients today.
Vision
A Somalia where local institutions manage donor resources with the same rigor, transparency, and evidence base as any international agency — closing the trust gap that keeps capital away from the communities that need it most.
Mission
To deliver project management, monitoring, and capacity-building services that meet international donor standards while remaining rooted in the realities of Puntland and Galmudug — so that accountability strengthens local action rather than replacing it.
Regional expertise
Puntland
Longstanding presence in Galkayo, Garowe, and Bosaso, with district-level relationships across ministries, cooperatives, and community elders essential to programme access.
Galmudug
Active field teams in Dhusamareb and Adado, supporting cash-based interventions and livelihoods work in areas with limited donor footprint.
